Hey 👋,
I've gotten this message a few times since announcing the 3.5 to 4.0 Challenge:
"Kyle, this sounds great, but I don't have time for a 30-day challenge."
I get it.
You've got work. Family. Social commitments. And you're already squeezing in pickleball whenever you can.
You aren't alone!
Most of the 3.5 players I've coached over the years are juggling full-time jobs, kids, and a packed calendar. They'd love to improve, but they don't have hours to dedicate to drills and film review.
Here's the thing, though. . .
What if I told you that's exactly why this challenge works?
Most 3.5 players stay stuck because they think improvement requires massive time investment.
So they wait for the "perfect time" to focus on their game.
Spoiler alert: That perfect time never comes.
Meanwhile, the players who break through to 4.0? They don't have more time than you. They just use their time differently.
They commit to one intention a day.
That's it.
Not two-hour drilling sessions. Not endless film review. Just focused minutes where they work on ONE thing that actually moves the needle.
And here's what happens:
In 30 days, that's just a few hours of focused training (less time than binge-watching a Netflix series)
Each day, you're working on one specific skill (not trying to fix everything at once)
By the end of the challenge, you've built pattern recognition and decision-making clarity that shows up in every match
And no, we aren't just throwing numbers in the air.
We've run this challenge before. We've seen what happens when players commit to one intention a day for 30 days.
They don't just "get a little better." They have breakthrough moments:
The game slows down
They stop second-guessing shot selection
They feel confident under pressure
They win matches they used to lose
Yea, yea. . . of course you would say that.
Fair.
So let me tell you about John.
One shift changed everything for John.
He literally posted in the community:

Holy Cow, It Works!!
". . .I can’t believe how this one small mindset shift made such a huge difference in my game."
For John, it wasn’t about winning tournaments or even about winning itself.
(Of course, there were plenty of those celebrations too!)
It was about FINALLY seeing something he’d never seen before that INSTANTLY made him feel amazing about his pickleball game.
We have over 1,300 players inside ThatPickleballSchool. . .
And they keep coming back because of breakthroughs like that.
Not because of medals.
Or becoming the next Ben Johns. . .
It’s about playing the way you KNOW you can play.
This challenge helps you play THAT way.
How much have you paid for pickleball training in the past?
A private coach for 30 days? $1,500+
A weekend clinic? $300-500
A single breakthrough that changes your game forever? Priceless
This challenge costs $49/month (or $499/year if you join annually).
And it gives you:
30 days of structured, focused training
One focus per day
Live Q&A sessions with our coaching team weekly
Accountability and support from other players doing the challenge with you
The challenge starts tomorrow (Monday).
You can either spend the next 30 days wishing you had more time to improve...
Or you can spend a few minutes a day and actually do it.
See you inside,
Kyle
P.S. Tomorrow, we begin your journey to 4.0.
