I got a bunch of questions about the 21-Day Mindset Reset over the last few days.
And figured, in addition to answering them all one by one, I’d summarize and share them here 🙂
“I already take lessons. Do I really need this, too?”
If your coach can teach you to stay calm when you're down 8-3, That’s fantastic. To me, this doesn't replace your lessons; it only enhances everything you might already be learning. And hey, maybe you learn something new you’re coach didn’t say 😉
“Can 21 days really change how I play?”
Most players spend years hoping things improve on their own. This is 10-15 minutes a day of focused mental training. Three weeks of that adds up fast.
“Is this too advanced for me?”
Nope. Mindset work isn't for high-level players; it's how you become one. Beginners who think one shot ahead consistently beat advanced players who don't.
“What if I miss a day or two?”
Life happens. The content stays up, so you can go at your own pace. The community will be there when you're ready.
“Will this really help my actual game?
Two questions I’ve shared in reply to this one. (1) Is what you’re currently doing getting you the results you want?” (2) Is there any chance doing mindset work like this for 3 weeks will actually hurt your game?”
